About The Founder

Welcome, I'm Lucy.

A mum, wife, health and fitness enthusiast and a lover of a good night's sleep.

Before becoming a parent, my sleep was pretty good and only disrupted when self-inflicted, if you know what I mean.

Now that I am a parent amongst other things, I deeply value an uninterrupted and calm sleep. I discovered mouth tape a few years ago and loved the concept.

As a mother, a business owner, and someone who values both function and feeling, I wanted Humma to be more than just a product. I wanted it to be part of a calm, intentional wind-down. A small but meaningful step towards a better sleep and brighter mornings.

Humma was born to create a difference. Our collagen-infused sleep tape is designed to help you rest better, recover better and wake up feeling more like yourself.
